Other information
- Bal Harbour Marina membership includes access to swimming pools and tennis courts.
- One hundred and thirty-three slips for sail and power boats.
- Located on the Windemere Mansion waterfront.
- Boats may have no more than a 4-foot draft.
- Boats must be 2-4 feet shorter than slip.
- Slips are 9 feet to 17 feet wide.
- Unmetered electricity and water.
- Restrooms with showers.
- Live-aboards, jet skis, houseboats or vessels longer than 45 feet are not allowed.

One month slip fee plus security deposit (equal to one month’s slip fee), as well as boat insurance certificate, are required before boat enters our marina.
